What is Evo

Student housing just got so much better. Evo is university living in a city sky raise. It was made for undergraduate and graduate students. It is a urban living with a rooftop pool, bicycle storage and coffee bars. It will be the tallest student housing property in the country with 33 stories and 850 beds. 

Copper Beech

Along with The Grove, Campus Crest have a different housing called Copper Beech. Copper Beech is a townhome community brand, they focus on delivering unmatched valued to college students looking for freedom and space in their college experience. The units have 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom units. The units are really cool because they the common area on the middle level so that way each roommate can have a ton of space and privacy.

MEET FLIP!

 

Hi, I’m Flip, the official mascot of The Grove. It’s a pretty cool job for a college student since I get to spend most of my time hanging out with friends. I go everywhere you do. Parties with your friends. Cookouts with your family. Wings and game night. I bring the fun, but I also play it smart. If I choose to drink, I drink responsibly, and then teach you how to do the same. I’m even what you might call a recycling champion.

Flip’s Rules To Live By

• Wherever I am, there’s bound to be some good times. I’m all about having fun, but I never let it get out of hand. If I choose to drink, I do so responsibly.

• Always recycle! I would hate to see a member of my family left out in the cold or thrown in the garbage.

• NEVER drink and drive. NEVER drink if you under 21. If you are over 21, ALWAYS drink responsibly.

Hey guys, my name is Brock and I will be starting about The Grove. The Grove is a unit of off-campus housing, operated by Campus Crest. I am a current employee here and a full time college student at Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania. I wanted to write a blog about The Grove because its an awesome job and company. I love my team and all The Grove has to offer me as a college student. Most of my blog will consist of different aspects of The Grove and why I think its awesome.
